We always recommend a post-program reinforcement phase — usually 90 days — to help embed new behaviours into daily leadership practice.

Pricing varies by format, cohort size, and level of customization. A two-day workshop for up to 15 participants generally falls between CAD 12,000 and CAD 25,000. Individual executive coaching starts at CAD 4,500 for a six-month engagement. We provide detailed proposals after the initial consultation so there are no surprises. Many of our clients find that the return on investment — measured in improved retention, faster decision cycles, and stronger team performance — far exceeds the program cost within the first year.

Yes. We deliver programs in-person, fully virtual, and in hybrid formats. Our virtual sessions use interactive platforms with breakout rooms, live polling, and collaborative whiteboards to maintain engagement. Hybrid programs combine in-person intensives with virtual follow-up sessions, which is particularly effective for geographically distributed leadership teams. We use a multi-level evaluation framework inspired by the Kirkpatrick model. Level 1 captures immediate participant reactions. Level 2 assesses knowledge and skill acquisition through pre- and post-assessments. Level 3 evaluates behavioural change via 360-degree feedback collected 90 days after the program. Level 4 links training outcomes to business metrics such as employee engagement scores, revenue growth, or reduction in leadership turnover. We share a comprehensive impact report with your HR and learning teams after each evaluation cycle.

Our facilitators hold advanced degrees in organizational psychology, business administration, or adult education. Many are certified by the International Coaching Federation at the PCC or MCC level. For group workshops, we recommend a minimum of six participants and a maximum of twenty to ensure rich discussion and individual attention. Executive coaching is always one-on-one. If you have a smaller team, we can design a tailored retreat format that blends facilitated workshops with individual coaching sessions to maximize the value of the engagement regardless of team size.
